The Know Theatre Tribe produces cultural and contemporary theatre while making the theatrical experience more accessible for all.
The purpose of The Know Theatre Tribe is to make the arts more accessible to the public by staging theatrical productions throughout the community, collaborating with local artists, developing new works, presenting undervalued works, and providing artistic opportunities with cultural and contemporary programming.
The Know is a "bridging" organization where the diverse populations of Cincinnati-black and white, young and old, gay and straight, poor and richÑcome together to experience multicultural theatre. The Know believes that positive change can only occur if a place is created where true diversity exists, a place that welcomes all races, sexual orientations, and classes. We seek to create that space for the community in a way that is meaningful, affordable, and relevant.
