Founded in 1993, Dolphinback Theatre Company is an ensemble of actors, directors, designers and musicians that stands for a living, breathing, screaming at the top of its lungs theatre of heart, guts and hope.  Our productions tear you from the here and now and take you on a ride, a road trip, a journey.  Through organic, process-oriented ensemble work, we challenge Chicago with the best original and new theatre.  Dolphinback contributes to the Chicago cultural community by providing theatre at a universally affordable price and working closely with educational and non-profit organizations.  We believe in magic.    We believe in monsters.  We believe in the adventure that is the American Stage.
