Isn't it interesting that we think of large signs or billboards, whales and seagoing vessels as female, while we consider power cords, men's reproductive organs and the Fatherland to be male. (Or maybe that's just me.)
I slinked to the end of Mulholland Highway, past the "Private Drive" signs, past the "No Hiking to Hollywood Sign signs", and began my fateful climb....
