Insomniac Project's "Late Night Confessions" is a series of six minor sketches that want nothing more than to make you laugh. They succeed.
Three of the plays are by noted author Jeff Goode ("Poona the Fuckdog"), and they include a hilarious Scottish "Cinderella" spoof that features a showstopping performance by Lori Kay who is wooed by three battling and shirtless princes. Look too for John Wennstrom as a weary Spiderman looking back on his life, and an amusing Aaron Oetting explaining why a monster has come back to town in Ron Carlson's "I Am Bigfoot."
(Insomniac Project's "Late Night Confessions" plays 11 p.m. Sept. 23-24 and 6 p.m. Sept. 25 at 3920 Schiff Drive. Tickets: $10. Info: 702-362-7996)
