Open Circle Theater
429 Boren Ave. N. @ Republican
Thursday - Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
"As this is Open Circle's 10th anniversary (yea us!) we are planning on doing a benefit this Dec. called Open Circle's Greatest Hits, and in it we'd like to do Shrub's monologue, the Tequila Song as well as the Blitzen piece from The Eight. The benefit show will run the first two weeks of December. We have managed to re-assemble all three women to have played Poona for us and they will back up The Penis in the Tequila Song as The Poonettes, as well as having the original Shrub and Blitzen return to reprise their parts. We simply could not imagine doing a show that represented the best that Open Circle has presented that did not contain something from these two plays."
